Funeral services for Nila Jean Splettstosser, 75, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 11, 2012, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mrs. Splettstosser died at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, June 7, 2012, at her home.

She was born April 23, 1937, at Indianapolis, Indiana, to Harold Lawrence Buckley and Eudora Modena Parsons Buckley.  The family moved to Texas while she was still young. Jean went to school in East Texas where her final resting place will be in the family plot located in Stryker Cemetery.

Jean's favourite pastime was playing the piano. She played for the Second Baptist Church in West Plains MO as well as filling in for many other churches on numerous occasions. Jean also was an active member in DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) She did extensive genealogy research as well as archiving many of the Missouri cemeteries.
